Maintenance & Support


Hint employs a team of specialists for support and preventive maintenance to keep systems running and to give support when required. These specialists are available 24 hours a day. Through different Service Level Agreements (SLA) you can choose which SLA is most suitable for your company.

Maintenance

A maintenance contract with Hint keeps your process control and automation systems running smoothly. It will increase system availability, prevent downtime and guarantee fastest recovery from hard- and software problems.

Support

When process automation is not your core business, it is difficult to have (up to date) knowledge of networks, process automation systems, I/O, DCS, SCADA, etc. However, you want support and service as soon as possible and to keep systems running and prevent systems from failure. Your needs are probably of a nature that you cannot justify hiring a full time specialist, but need maintenance and support "on demand".

Hint personnel supports you on all day to day issues of your system e.g. when your system "behaves strangely", functions slow down, smaller changes of functionality are required or new peripherals need to be implemented.
