FPAL - the platform for successful relations

Hint has been registered in FPAL (First Point Assessment) since 2005. FPAL is the supply chain database for the United Kingdom and the Netherlands and is a division of Achilles Information Limited. FPAL is the tool that is used by buyers in the oil and gas branch to select suitable and potential suppliers. At this moment FPAL contains more than 80 buyer organisations and more than 2500 suppliers.

Purpose

FPAL operates as a neutral industry operated organisation and contributes to efficiency improvements within the oil & gas supply chain. FPAL makes it possible for buying and supplier organisations to establish better relations by means of a more open, confidential and proactive approach. Sharing knowledge, standards and expectations leads to successful buyers and suppliers relations. FPAL offers an impartial and transparent platform, with, as a result, all parties profiting from better opportunities and sustainable business relations. FPAL makes it possible for buyers and suppliers to get to know each other and that they profit from valuable knowledge and opinions relevant to their market.

Hint requests all their clients, who are already active within FPAL, to complete a performance feedback form (client satisfaction), so that we can get a better view on the quality of the projects and the performance of the employees that have worked on a specific project.
